In its continued endeavor to enable faculty members to provide management education of high quality, NSB School of Business organized the Faculty Development programme at its campus. NSB took the initiative of organizing a FDP in Nov. 2008.

A 2-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) took place on Nov 13 -14 2008 at NSB School of Business, New Delhi. The FDP was conducted by Mr. M.P. Sinha ,Executive Director ,Global Human Resource Development Committee (GHRDC).

The 2- day program provided inputs on process and practice of inter-personal skills, creativity, problem solving, achievement motivation training. The programme also consisted inputs on resource and knowledge industries so as to better acquaint the faculties with the latest market needs and aspirations of management students as well. The training methodology included case studies, group discussion, games and simulation exercises. Emphasis was laid on better communication skills and research methodology.
