Life at NSB-NIILM SCHOOL OF BUSINESS is a fun-filled combination of academics with leisure. An academic year is meant to be packed with Cultural Events, Business Games, Industrial Tours, Conferences and Seminars. To add to these, Quizzes, Debates, Music Contests, Stock Games and Elocution Contests will mingle with routine Classroom Activities.

A Day in the Life of an NSB-NIILM SCHOOL OF BUSINESSian...
A normal academic week day begins at 9:00 a.m with teaching sessions usually extending up to 4:00 p.m and occasionally up to 5:00 p.m. Internal assessment tests and quizzes etc., are reserved for the first hour between 9:00 a.m to 10:00 a.m. Lunch hours are between 2:00 p.m to 2:30 p.m and the NSB-NIILM SCHOOL OF BUSINESS rooftop cafeteria serves the choicest dishes. Most of the Lab related sessions are meant to happen post- lunch and this is also the time for visiting the Library.

For most programs, classes are planned five days a week. Saturdays are usually reserved for special lectures by visiting faculty and for various other academic and extra-curricular activities.

The new academic session begins in the month of July every year for all programs. Fresh students spend around a week in orientation and immersion. Semesters end in December and May with exams. Summer break is usually of eight week long duration, consuming almost the entire months of May and June. All NSB-NIILM SCHOOL OF BUSINESS programs propose to use this period for Industry-internship and Summer training. Winter vacations coincide with Christmas and New Year and stretch for a week during the end of December.
